I’m working with a fantastic IT Service Provider that’s looking for a D365 CE Junior Consultant to join their team. You’d be working within a team of highly talented individuals where you’ll be delivering bespoke solutions for customers using MS Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
You’ll be supporting, and leading where needed, on all aspects of the projects.
This is a remote position but you will be required to travel to their office at an agreed upon frequency.
Your day-to-day:
· Business analysis
· Designing and customisation including write-ups and planning sessions
· End user training through a structured and user-friendly delivery method
· Monitoring and updating in line with the contract of service
· Installation and data migration
· Seeking assistance from the CRM Practice Manager and D365 Consultants to ensure project success
· Recognising and supporting the development of opportunities for new and existing customers adding value to their business through efficient and cost-effective solutions
Your skills & experience:
· Experience creating solutions using D365 CE and the Power Platform
· Able to learn and develop in all areas of the project lifecycle
· Understanding of pre-sales and requirement gathering, through to project delivery
· Able to work with clients, collaborating from design to go-live
