Salesforce Solutions Consultant - London

We are looking to speak with a Salesforce Solutions Consultant for a great new role in London. This role would be ideal for a Salesforce Solutions Consultant with extensive Salesforce experience, looking to work for an innovative company. In this role you’d be working as part of the company’s service delivery team, so ideally you’d have a background working at a Salesforce ISV deploying enterprise apps or at a Salesforce consultancy delivering Salesforce Service Cloud projects. Azure Cloud Engineer - Location not provided

We are looking to speak with Azure Cloud Engineers for a fantastic home-based role. You’d be working for a fantastic organisation on exciting projects. If you want to work in a role where you’ll be working with the latest technologies on a variety of projects, then this might just be the role for you. In this role you’ll be: Delivering the highest quality platform support to customers Responding to alerts from the monitoring solution and then triaging them Monitoring customer platforms on Azure or on-site Performing platform updates when necessary including scaling Azure resources and Windows OS, Storage and Networking changes Ensuring tickets/cases are updated Ensuring no tickets/cases are open for more than 30 days Documenting fixes and solutions alongside new system implementations Conducting weekly/monthly reporting Adhering to the Change control policy You’ll need the following skill-set: Experience delivering IT support in a similar role Great customer facing skills Experience managing Windows or Linux systems on Azure, AWS or other cloud providers System Administration in Windows Server OS Knowledge of core Microsoft domain infrastructure and technologies (Active Directory, DNS, RDS, WDS, DHCP) Hyper-V Server virtualization environment support experience SharePoint Administration knowledge TCP/IP, v LAN management Microsoft System Centre, SCCM, SCOM knowledge Any experience managing a customer subscription on Azure an advantage.
