CRM Project Manager - London

£55,000.00 Per Annum

We are working with a fantastic company in London that is looking for a CRM Project Manager to join their team. They are looking for a passionate individual with a wealth of experience that can come in and lead mid to large-scale projects that facilitate the implementation of CRM systems. Your responsibilities: Developing/maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the client’s company, business needs and challenges Determining needs of every project and what business resources are needed to implement CRM systems, defining and clarifying the strategy/objectives of each client Identifying potential challenges to the project Communicating with the Implementation Team and Client to alleviate risk to project Deliver projects within agreed budget/timescales Manage/meet client expectations throughout project lifecycle Developing relevant project processed and documentation (project roadmaps, etc) Your skills/experience: Dynamics CRM experience Past experience managing at least five Microsoft CRM projects Able to manage/motivate a team Experience managing multiple projects concurrently Managing project budgets Microsoft SureStep Methodology or other agile methodologies Prince 2 desirable Able to assess risks accurately Strong problem solving skills Fantastic communication skills Does this sound like the role for you? Salesforce Business Analyst - Hampshire

A Salesforce CRM Business Analyst is required in Hampshire for a rapidly growing organisation, you will be responsible for supporting the enhancement and implementation of new software solutions. This will include providing a range of product implementations to the business, including documenting functional requirement specifications to define system functions and work flows. You will: Lead full projects from inception to launch and work on complex business problems Analyse requirements, construct workflow charts and diagrams Support with testing of releases, where required Create requirement specification documents - both functional and Involvement at all stages of software development lifecycle Design and implement new enhancements Work with across the as the business partner in using Salesforce to gain operational efficiencies Handle all inbound user requests, troubleshoot, and respond to them in a timely manner Act as liaison between our business and the development team Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional and technical systems documentation for the development and testing teams Be a self-starter and team player with solid verbal and written communication skills To be considered you must have: Previous experience within a Business Analyst position Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platform Strong systems skills (ability to use the Microsoft packages is a must and skills or knowledge in SQL and Visio would be beneficial but not essential) Ability to work effectively with a Software Development team Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
