Salesforce Business Analyst - Hampshire

£42,000.00 Per Annum

A Salesforce CRM Business Analyst is required in Hampshire for a rapidly growing organisation, you will be responsible for supporting the enhancement and implementation of new software solutions. This will include providing a range of product implementations to the business, including documenting functional requirement specifications to define system functions and work flows. You will: Lead full projects from inception to launch and work on complex business problems Analyse requirements, construct workflow charts and diagrams Support with testing of releases, where required Create requirement specification documents - both functional and Involvement at all stages of software development lifecycle Design and implement new enhancements Work with across the as the business partner in using Salesforce to gain operational efficiencies Handle all inbound user requests, troubleshoot, and respond to them in a timely manner Act as liaison between our business and the development team Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional and technical systems documentation for the development and testing teams Be a self-starter and team player with solid verbal and written communication skills To be considered you must have: Previous experience within a Business Analyst position Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platform Strong systems skills (ability to use the Microsoft packages is a must and skills or knowledge in SQL and Visio would be beneficial but not essential) Ability to work effectively with a Software Development team Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
