As an experienced Commerce Cloud Developer you are bordering on obsessive about delivering an exceptional customer journey and pushing the boundaries to architect and develop best-in-class digital experiences across all devices.

As a key member of the ecommerce team you will be pivotal to the future of Sweaty Betty, driving growth through our digital channels.
On your SB journey you will have responsibility for:
- Create and maintain new functionality on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, delivering scalabe, reusable and maintainable code - Work with the digital product manager, following agile principles, to identify define and implement improvements to the online customer journey - Effective delivery of developments within an Agile environment supporting both ongoing continuous improvement and larger projects - Support of the product manager in sprint planning and delivery - Optimise page load performance to drive conversion on site - Identify, investigate and resolve defects or areas for technical improvement on the platform - Follow coding standards and best practice within the development cycle and code review process. Create and maintain technical documentation - Work in partnership with our 3rd party systems integrator, aligning development, testing and release cycles - Work with our IT team on full stack projects, advise on architectural and integration changes - Being our “go-to” expert on Salesforce commerce cloud, and continually building your technical know how - Ad hoc technical support and QA for releases
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field would be good to have
