Our client, a growing CRM consultancy specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions is looking to welcome an Account Manager tot heir team. They are looking for a customer-success-driven and motivated individual to join their Account Management team.

In this role you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of established clients, focusing on maintaining strong relationships as well as identifying areas where new sale opportunities may arise.

Your responsibilities:

  • Reactively dealing with inbound customer enquiries
  • Ensuring continued customer engagement
  • Proactively contacting customers and executing account development plans
  • Delivering increasing returns in line with targets/objectives
  • Cross-selling/Up-selling additional workloads, services, and modules

Your skills/experience:

  • Responsive to handling customer enquiries/issues in a timely manner
  • Focusing on sales performance/returns
  • Understanding of customer needs/scenarios
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Able to listen to customer enquiries/requirements and coming up with solutions
  • Existing CRM experience- MS Dynamics 365/CRM desirable
